It depens on the property if they took down a private property then someone payed the money to have that property so chances the owner can sue or protect there properties

They do this everywhere I live on the coast of Maine and they have done the same thing here and it is illegal for them to do it you're not allowed to block access to a beach and nobody owns the beach you only own to the high water mark and that's it and you cannot block access points but they do it anyway

Stop taking my gate down on my private property and use public access points to get to the beach instead.

In Real Estate this is called Adverse Possession. The land is hers inherently. She can sue the corp in the US if she wants to, probably Delaware, using a "DST". It typically applies to squatting but it applies here too. I've had my license for six years and this is on the national portion of the test actually. Since PR falls under US jurisdiction, she can easily win the case in the US. I hope she has a real estate lawyer that has her best interest in mind.

It’s the fault of the government which is almost always filled with liberal politicians and that property along the coast line is almost always owned by rich liberals so the rich liberals call their liberal politicians and Wala they’re allowed to do what they want along the property. OK so this basically happens everywhere there is a beach. The best example is Malibu California where all the rich liberals live right on the water and despite them claiming they love open borders and being among the people etc…. What do they do when they build a mansion on the beach? Well first they promised to allow public access to the beach because that’s one of the requirements in California in order to get a building permit to build on the beach. But as many of you know liberals make promises but then they later decide the rules are for other people… Not them and the second their house is built they put up gates and thorny plants and anything they can’t you keep you from accessing the public beach. Don’t believe me? Drive up Pacific Coast Highway, Sunday and when you get to the nice houses in Malibu start looking for access between the houses… Every once in a while you’ll see a sign that says“public beach access“ although you’ll have to look through the bushes plants cars everything else they used to try to block that sign. Then when you go down to the beach you’ll meet the private security officers who claim that you were on private property and you’re trespassing at least in California the area up to the high tide line is public property so if you go with low tide you can walk along the wet area along the water for sure and to be honest with you I’m not sure about the sand in front of their homes. If somebody else knows I’d love to hear the answer as you did the public on that or does the landowner I think it’s probably the landowner but I’m not sure. So you walk along the public access area then down to the wet area on the sand and you can walk as long as you want. If you’re feeling frisky point your cameras at the houses that face the ocean if you attract any attention
